About the JobWe are looking for a proactive and skilled Process Engineer to join our leading manufacturing team. In this role, you will have the chance to directly improve production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to innovation within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Drive and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Offer daily technical assistance to plant operations, including troubleshooting process and equipment issues, with a focus on PLC systems.
- Review process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure they meet standards and consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and plant staff.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
