Functional Safety Engineer
The Functional Safety Engineer will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of safety related systems and processes.
- Perform Functional Safety Analysis
-HARA, DFMEA, FTA, DFA, FMEDA as per ISO 26262 standards during all project phases. - Develop and maintain a safety plan to meet customer program timing.
- Derive safety requirements and create functional and technical safety concepts.
- Collaborate with the functional safety manager, development team, project managers, customers and suppliers on aspects of functional safety.
- Conduct training and technical reviews with project teams to ensure functional safety requirements are being met throughout product development cycles.
- Other duties as required by the supervisor.
