All positions are onsite, unless otherwise stated. VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking an experienced Engineer to support a NAVSEA program office in the development of Mine Countermeasures (MCM) and unmanned systems.

This position reports on-site at the Washington Navy Yard 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Support NAVSEA program with research, development, production, integration and sustainment of mine warfare systems and unmanned technology and mission packages
• Research, analyze, assess and coordinate systems engineering acquisition capabilities documents, decision memorandums, and requirements
• Assess software baselines and identify hardware capability challenges and risks
• Assist Team Lead with tracking project schedule and performance
• Provide engineering and management activities to ensure supportability implications are considered early and throughout the acquisition process to minimize costs
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
