Is seeking a highly experienced DIA Facilities Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support an upcoming federal program contingent upon contract award. This position will be based onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC.
The successful candidate will provide financial, facilities, engineering, and project management support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), ensuring mission readiness and operational effectiveness. The role involves supporting IDIQ and ERCIP requirements, managing complex projects, coordinating engineering initiatives, evaluating existing facility systems, preparing resiliency and energy system justifications, and supporting mission-critical programs.
The position requires worldwide travel, including assignments within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), as required by the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Support Defense Intelligence Agency facilities programs.
- Develop and coordinate engineering and facilities projects.
- Manage large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Conduct Facilities Condition Assessments.
- Review and analyze facility systems.
- Prepare resiliency and energy conservation recommendations.
- Support IDIQ and ERCIP program requirements.
- Provide program-level technical leadership.
- Interface directly with government stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, budget analysis, and project documentation.
- Support business operations and strategic initiatives.
