Secret Principal Cyber Systems Engineer

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Principal Cyber Systems Engineer for a top Defense client. This position requires a U.S. Secret Security clearance and a salary range of $130,000–$195,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will drive the integration of cybersecurity, system survivability, and secure engineering practices into mission-critical DoD tactical systems, leveraging Systems Security Engineering principles to influence requirements development, system architecture, program protection strategies, and acquisition milestones throughout the system lifecycle.

The role supports programs operating in highly contested cyber environments and aims to engineer cybersecurity into the foundation of advanced defense capabilities.
