Duties
Responsible for electrical engineering support, performing design, project programming and construction management/monitoring duties relating to facilities, and overall management for buildings assigned to WHCA located in Washington, DC.
Analyzes and designs electrical alterations and modifications to existing facilities to meet the ever-changing demands of the agency.
Develops statements of work and other documents necessary to support contract solicitations from various contracting agencies
Develops short- and long-range facilities and infrastructure priorities and requirements.
Reviews/approves/schedules and coordinates utility outages (power, water, natural gas) with facility users, NPW Center, and utility providers.
