Provide planning and programming support for Military Construction (MILCON) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) initiatives. Responsibilities include developing project documentation, conducting facility assessments, and creating parametric cost estimates to support mission-critical infrastructure.
RequirementsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and at least 7 years of professional experience in facility planning or cost estimating. Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance and demonstrated expertise with DD Form 1391 and PACES software.
