Job Description SummaryOur client is currently recruiting an accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role demands advanced proficiency in Revit software, a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a proven track record of success in multifamily development projects. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring the successful candidate to be on‑site or in the field four days each week, with the option to work remotely one day.
The role includes an estimated 15% travel requirement and comes with a comprehensive relocation assistance package. While eight years of experience is the standard target, qualified candidates with slightly less tenure may be considered for Mechanical Engineer II or III positions.
- Leverage expert-level skills in Revit software to lead mechanical design efforts.
- Oversee engineering projects with a specific focus on multifamily residential developments.
- Collaborate effectively within a hybrid work model, balancing on‑site presence with remote duties.
- Manage travel obligations as needed for project requirements.
- Utilize a Professional Engineer (PE) license to ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
