The UC Specialist Jr. should meet the follow minimum requirements:
Minimum Requirements:- At least five (5) years of experience supporting Unified Communications and/or VOIP projects
- BS or an additional eight (8) years of experience with telecommunications services
- Top Secret Clearance
Experience:
- Experience resolving complex service problems, performing expert maintenance and installs, configuring and testing all types of telecommunications equipment and services
- Experience troubleshooting network hardware using test instruments and monitoring and diagnostic programs
- Experience preparing telecommunications equipment for installation by testing calibrating, or modifying equipment as required
- Experience maintaining data network equipment and services to ensure working order and demand availability by performing scheduled, routine on-line test and by checking, adjusting, or replacing equipment to established standards
- Avaya Certification
