• Coordinate the MEP model, reviewing MEP submittals prior to submission and providing potential solutions for MEP related RFIs.
• Track MEP construction progress, organize startup and commissioning documentation, and work with subcontractor and vendors to close punch list items.
• Assist Project Management with preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule the 3D model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and the commissioning agent.
• Process vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and provide guidance to the MEP team on MEP concepts and installation details.

• Mentor staff, providing training on various MEP procedures and feedback on performance reviews.

• Advanced experience and knowledge of the installation of MEP systems, BIM modeling, and construction management.
• Experience with PLCs, control systems, process instrumentation, and/or building management systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and self‑starting to prioritize tasks based on relevant factors.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding plans, specifications, and drafting, with desirable computer skills.
• Ability to coordinate solutions to installation problems with design engineers and subcontractors.
• Personal integrity and the ability to cultivate a culture of collaboration internally and externally.
• Desire and ability to collaborate with design engineers and other technical personnel to create solutions to identified MEP problems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum six years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience working with or in collaboration with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred.
