We seek Industrial Hygienist | Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) Services and Support candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience to support professional services engagements for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as FBI. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) engagement;
Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

• Provide services and support as an Industrial Hygienist focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as FBI (e.g., FBI | FFD - OSEPU, FBI Finance And Facilities Division (FFD), Occupational Safety & Environmental Programs Unit (OSEPU)).
• Onsite Industrial Hygienist professionals provide advanced hazard detection, exposure analysis, and control implementation for safe, compliant, high-performance workplaces.
• Perform exposure assessments; sampling; hazard analysis; reporting; recommend controls; training.
• Work locations include CONUS locations such as Washington, DC;
  Clarksburg, WV;
  Quantico, VA;
  Nationwide Field Offices across all U.S. regions; working hybrid On/Off Client Site.

• 5-10 years (Federal IH preferred). The Onsite Industrial Hygienist shall possess advanced professional expertise in industrial hygiene principles and practices, including evaluation of chemical, biological, physical, radiological, and ergonomic hazards.
• Education / Experience:
  
  BS/MS in Science or Engineering; CIH preferred.
• This position aligns with Government And Public Services Sector requirements and supports OSEP functional area disciplines.

• Primarily focused on Environmental Consulting Services initiatives and Program Support activities in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, & Environmental Programs (OSEP) functional areas.
• Sampling, data analysis, monitoring equipment, MS365.
• Competencies
  :

• Analytical thinking, technical writing, risk assessment
• Ability to assist in development and management of workplace safety and health programs; professional communication with diverse stakeholders; maintain discretion in sensitive situations.
• Strategic understanding of occupational health priorities; adaptability to program changes; willingness to learn new techniques and tools, including MS Office 365 suite.
• Top-Secret security clearance required and must be maintained for access to facilities and systems.
• Strong technical writing, proofreading, data management, analytical, and data-entry skills.

• Supports high-risk facilities and complex environments; deliver evidence-based guidance; final program decisions reside with client organizations; onsite personnel must maintain Top Secret clearance.
• Pro Sidian Engagement Teams should demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI) and related software.

• Onsite Industrial Hygienist conducts advanced exposure assessments, hazard analysis, sampling, and recommends engineering/PPE controls; develops reports and training.

Top Secret clearance required. Environmental compliance: follow installation-specific hazardous material procedures for handling, storage, and disposal; maintain safe work environments; spaces may be inspected by government authorities to verify compliance.
