Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Sourcing Engineer to support our engineering and sourcing teams in evaluating manufacturing projects and connecting customer requirements with the right manufacturing capabilities. In this role, you will assess the technical complexity of parts and components, support quotation accuracy, and collaborate with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve technical questions and ensure successful project execution.

• Education:
  
  Higher technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a manufacturing environment involving complex products, parts, or components

• Technical Knowledge:
  Understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, part specifications, and component complexity

• Sourcing
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, sourcing teams, engineering teams, or technical procurement is preferred

• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss technical requirements with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders

• English: B1-B2 level English proficiency

• Problem Solving:
  Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges

• Organization:
  Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Collaboration:
  
  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, sourcing, sales, and operations teams

• Adaptability:
  Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
