Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

A high-growth, PE-backed professional services firm is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team during a period of rapid expansion and active M&A.

Reporting to the CFO, this leader will oversee a team of six and play a critical role in scaling corporate and operational finance capabilities. The position has regular exposure to the Board, lenders, and private equity partners.

• Drive FP&A strategy across a complex, multi–service line organization
• Support M&A execution, integration, and post-deal reporting
• Lead analytics, KPI development, and operational finance initiatives
• Prepare Board materials and executive-level reporting
• Partner with business leaders to enhance financial visibility and performance
• Support private equity processes, including diligence and metric compilation
• Leverage newly implemented Workday platform for reporting and planning

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-change environments
• Strong executive presence and sense of urgency
• Background in PE-backed organizations with $300M+ in revenue
• MBA or top-tier educational background
• Experience managing offshore operations and teams of 5+
• Investment banking experience strongly preferred
