10 is partnering with a fast-growing retail business that’s scaling its digital and physical operations while continuing to modernize its finance function across Net Suite, Shopify, and Avalara.

This is a newly created role driven by growth and increasing transaction volume. You’ll join a lean, highly collaborative finance team with real ownership across close, cash, and core accounting operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage cash activity, sales audit, and transaction reviews
• Work daily within Net Suite integrated with Shopify and Avalara
• Support sales tax compliance and audit-ready reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational accounting items
• Drive continuous process improvement in a high-volume environment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong month-end close and reconciliation foundation
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
• Exposure to Shopify, Avalara, or eCommerce environments strongly preferred
• Comfortable in fast-growth, high-transaction settings
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
