  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support thoughtful, forward‑looking decisions
  • Overseeing all core financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, treasury, and management of reserves or investment portfolios
  • Upholding strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and transparent reporting for leadership and the Board
  • Managing capital, liquidity, and balance sheet strategy to maintain organizational stability and support sustainable growth
  • Building and mentoring a high‑performing Finance and Accounting team equipped with modern tools, systems, and controls
  • Modernizing financial infrastructure through improved processes, automation, and technology adoption

  • Progressive leadership experience across accounting, reporting, and financial operations within a mission‑driven or community‑oriented environment
  • Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting, with the ability to translate complex standards into clear guidance for leadership and the Board
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with ERP upgrades, integrations, or financial system implementations
  • A leader who brings clarity to complexity, fosters alignment across teams, and approaches challenges with steadiness and sound judgment
Why This Role

This is a pivotal opportunity for a finance executive who wants to shape the future of a not‑for‑profit organization making meaningful community impact.
