Corporate Finance, Financial Analyst
We’re working exclusively on a Senior Associate search for a high-performing private equity fund based in Washington, D.C.
The firm has built a strong track record investing in high-growth, technology-driven businesses. The team is known for scaling platforms early and driving successful exits across the software and technology space.
The hire will step into a core investing role with clear progression toward senior responsibility. You will own critical work streams across the full deal lifecycle, from diligence and execution through active portfolio value creation. The team is lean, highly collaborative, and expects investors to think and operate like long-term owners.
Investors work closely with senior leadership to validate markets, shape investment theses, build conviction, and execute with precision from entry through value realization. A significant portion of capital is deployed into proprietary, internally sourced opportunities, often alongside executives who have successfully partnered with the firm in prior investments.
The platform has the flexibility to invest across early-stage growth, platform build-outs, and larger buyout situations, allowing for stage-agnostic, high-conviction investing.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out- Sub-sector focus. Deep specialization in high-growth sectors.
