Finance Coordinator

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our valued client in the greater Washington, DC area in their search for a Finance Coordinator to support their growing organization. Hybrid work schedule.

• Manage accounts payable, including vendor records, invoice processing, weekly check runs, and journal entries.
• Reconcile vendor and general ledger accounts; review and record corporate credit card activity.
• Record and monitor bank deposits for donations, pledges, reimbursements, rent, etc.
• Assist with annual financial projects (audit, budgeting, tax filings).
• Support the Finance Team and provide financial/accounting assistance to departments.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• 2+ years’ accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail, research, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with automated accounting systems (Great Plains preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience/training.

Only qualified candidates will be considered.

$36 hr to $37.50 hr. Our client work week is based upon 37.5 hours a week. OT eligible after 40 hours.
