With over two and a half decades of experience and a recent fund close,they are looking add a Private Equity Associate to their deal team.
Private Equity AssociateRole Overview :
The team is seeking a highly motivated individual that has a strong background in software and technology investing. Additionally, the role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior investment professionals and portfolio company executives. This lends the Private Equity Associate the chance to gain truly incredible hands‑on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments.
Private Equity AssociateKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
- Assist in due diligence and deal execution processes.
- Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
