Top Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in municipal securities and affordable housing law seeks a full‑time financial analyst to join our growing team. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an emphasis in mathematics, finance, economics, or real‑estate development preferred and a superior academic performance (GPA 3.5 or higher). Transactional, structured finance, or real‑estate development experience is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, writing and communication skills, as well as attention to detail, are essential;
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment; they will be self‑motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.

This position is perfect for the outstanding student who desires substantive work experience and direct exposure to top investment banks, law firms and real‑estate developers prior to embarking on a career in corporate law, finance, banking or development. Typical responsibilities will include financial analysis, bond cashflow modeling, maintaining an extensive transaction‑tracking database, and legal document review and preparation. The starting salary is $65K‑$70K (overtime possible) and the role is fully remote.
