Centennial Technologies Inc. is looking for a Mid-Level Financial Policy Analyst with a strong finance policy background to help one of our federal clients. The individual should have proven extensive knowledge in supporting the development, implementation, and review of strategic programs with a focus on policy and financial analysis.

The Mid-Level Financial Policy Analyst will assist in financial policy development, program analysis, and strategic documentation efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in federal financial policy environments.

Requirements
  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of financial policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other program documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather information, analyze data, and ensure program alignment with financial regulations.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to create insightful reports and summaries (e.g., briefs) for clear communication.
  • Develop and maintain operating and desk procedures, standards, policy memoranda, and administrative procedures.
  • Identify policy gaps contributing to internal control findings.
  • Stay up to date on relevant policies and regulations to ensure program compliance.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
Key Qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience understanding the agency’s current financial policies, procedures, and processes and making recommendations.
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations and help develop or enhance agency policies.
  • Strong understanding of federal financial policy development and implementation processes.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
