Public Policy Director – Primary Responsibilities- Maintain a system for tracking federal legislative and regulatory developments impacting Apollo.
- Develop internal reporting processes to help disseminate legislative and regulatory analysis across business units.
- Assist with the preparation of policy memos for team leadership engagements with government and regulatory officials.
- Assist with oversight of third‑party consultants and trade groups.
- Conduct outreach to policymakers and other stakeholders as needed.
- Experience working in a public policy environment (total industry experience ~4‑9yrs+).
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (building internal content, presentations, and materials).
- Excellent writing skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences from time to time.
- A background in – or strong interest in – financial services, regulation, and related policy issues.

Pay Range$150,000 – $200,000. The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance.
