Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required); equivalent experience may be considered Six or more years of mortgage underwriting experience (Required) Advanced knowledge of residential underwriting guidelines across multiple loan programs Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a solid understanding of accounting principles Strong working knowledge of federal and state laws related to residential underwriting
