The team excels at closing innovative, large-scale transactions nationwide using Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, tax‑exempt bonds, LIHTC, HUD subsidies, and mixed‑income structures for leading developers, investors, lenders, and public‑sector clients.

• Support financing and development of affordable multifamily projects
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and compliance review
• Assist in structuring deals with agency programs, tax credits, bonds, and HUD
• Collaborate with clients and teams through closing and post‑closing

• 3–5 years in multifamily/commercial real estate finance or related lender/developer experience
• Strong drafting skills and comfort with transactional documents
• Excellent academics, analytical/writing abilities, and client‑team focus
• DC Bar admission or immediate waiver eligibility

• Base salary $225,000–$420,000 based on experience and other factors
• High‑visibility role with significant client exposure
