Job Title: Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager

Location: Hybrid to Remote (Occasional In-Office Meetings)

A growing mid-size regional public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with a focus on Estate, Trust, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) returns, to step into a leadership-focused role supporting continued firm growth.

• Review complex individual, estate, trust, and high-net-worth tax returns
• Provide tax planning and client advisory services
• Mentor and supervise tax staff and seniors
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines

• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with Estate, Trust, and HNW clients preferred
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
