• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles and analyze performance drivers
• Collaborate with finance teams for accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on client and project performance trends
• Track open roles and analyze financial impacts of staffing decisions
• Collaborate with account teams to improve financial visibility and operational decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
