Join us in this role where you’ll support the Asset Manager across all aspects of asset performance, including financial management, compliance, risk, and commercial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

You’ll be part of our Associate Asset Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure high‑quality asset performance management across our Americas onshore portfolio by coordinating financial activities, managing compliance structures, and supporting asset‑level oversight in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders. As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge generously, and continuously improve our ways of working to deliver high‑quality, reliable results.

You’ll

play an important role in:
  • supporting financial management tasks, including cash forecasting, Profit & Loss analysis, budget management, power purchase agreement settlements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
  • preparing and maintaining compliance and record‑keeping for commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, and service agreements.
  • coordinating communication structures to share accurate asset information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • developing and maintaining working documents, tools, and onboarding/offboarding materials.
  • assisting with risk management and optimisation activities across assigned assets.
  • contributing to cross‑team process improvements and portfolio‑wide tool development.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance, or equivalent experience.
  • demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort engaging with a broad range of topics.
  • communicate commercial concepts clearly and confidently across stakeholders.
  • are proficient in Microsoft Office and structured in your approach to organising information.
  • thrive building relationships and collaborating across functions, cultures, and markets.
  • are comfortable working with autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving tasks to completion.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.

Our salary ranges are based on position level and reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S geographic markets. Individual pay with the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can provide more details about the applicable salary range during the hiring process.

Variable Compensation:
Our total rewards package may include discretionary short‑term and long‑term incentive opportunities based on your pay band and performance. These may be changed or suspended based on the sole discretion of the company.
