We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:
- develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions with financial advisors
- analyze portfolio performance and recommend potential changes to financial advisors
- execute equity and fixed income trades regularly
- manage structured products and alternative investment processes
- perform investment due diligence, including quarterly calls with key portfolio managers
- communicate and represent our team brand to ultra-high net worth clients of varying levels of sophistication
- participate in client conversations with financial advisors
- act as primary relationship manager for select clients
- prepare performance reports and other materials for clients
- manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
- provide coaching support to junior team and contribute to their performance evaluation
In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible for potential supplemental compensation and bonuses.

Your teamYou’ll be working with an established and dynamic four-person Private Wealth Management team in the UBS Bethesda, MD office. Our team values prioritize competence, care, initiative, creativity, and communication.
Your expertise- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Ideally 7+ years of experience of client reporting, market research and daily trading
- Ideally 2+ years of experience leading client relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focused on finance or economics
- CFA designation (Levels I, II or III) is a huge plus, but not required
- Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- Analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
- Experience working across trading platforms
- Skilled at developing wealth management strategies
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
