The Role

Are you a recent Finance or Accounting graduate looking to accelerate your career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing business environment?

The Finance Associate Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future finance and business leaders through hands‑on experience across Order to Cash, Procurement to Payment, Revenue Recognition & Commercial Finance, and FP&A. Participants will gain broad exposure to financial operations, commercial decision‑making, and strategic planning while working closely with Finance leaders, Partners, and consultants across the region.
