Mb Staffing Services is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst with 1–3 years of finance or budgeting experience to support financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
- 1–3 years of finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations experience
- Strong knowledge of budgets, financial analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Assist with monthly Board reports
- Support the development of Budget Book tables, charts, and narratives
- Gather and analyze financial data
- Recommend process improvements and support financial operations
- Perform special projects as assigned
