Corporate & Finance – Capital Markets, Mid-Level Associate

Overview

The Washington, DC office seeks a mid-level corporate & securities associate with 2-3 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings.

• Provide counsel on public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings.
• Collaborate with teams managing public company client representations.

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in corporate and securities matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected base salary range is $235,000 to $260,000 per year, with possible annual performance and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; and relocation assistance.
