Duties
Ensures mission, vision, values and strategic plans are communicated to the staff and integrated into the Financial Management's (FMs) strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
Provides support for post deliverables such as distribution of funding, mid-year budget review, and final budget target setting for domestic programs, public diplomacy, and International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) programs
Acts as one of two Bureau's Chief interlocutors with the Bureau of Budget and Planning to justify needed resources. Drafts, submits and defends budgetary justifications, and provides budgetary/financial management information and/or analysis.
Directs or collaborates in responses or provides information, explanations, and clarifications to agency, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congressional questions and inquires. Develops or reviews briefing materials related to the budget
