Chase - 3900 Minnesota Avenue Northeast - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs and adhere to bank policies
