The Loan Fund Specialist role at NHTCDF in Washington, DC, supports the Lending Team by consolidating back-end processes for loan funds, including closing, disbursement, servicing, and reporting. The position is DC-based with a hybrid schedule, requiring at least two days per week at the corporate office.
Reporting to the Director of CDFI Portfolio Finance, you will assist in administering loan funds, manage data integrity in loan systems, and coordinate with borrowers, investors, and partners.
