Public Finance Associate – Treasury Management Officer

• Perform or assist in banking activities, including relationship management and/or product suite activities
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
• Help ensure quality for new and existing clients
• Assist in preparing offerings and/or scorecards
• Analyze information and apply critical thinking to design and/or execute client solutions
• Take transactions from request to booking and/or move selling conversations from proposal to closed business
• Drive fee income through internal and/or external relationship management
• Consider internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and client needs in decision-making
• Interact with internal and external clients to gather or clarify information and expand existing client relationships
• Develop skills to independently generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
• Articulate recommendations to customers regarding client servicing and product-related inquiries
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risk using knowledge of internal policies
• Participate in social learning, networking, mentoring, job shadowing, community outreach, and formal learning
• Develop knowledge of treasury products, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning
• Apply customer-focused practices and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree listed under Education
