Within OCI Finance, the Workload Health team plays a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the business-partnering directly with Product and Engineering leaders to drive efficient, scalable growth.
This role is a key partner to the Compute product and engineering organizations. As part of the IaaS Workload Health team, you will support end-to-end financial ownership, delivering insights that influence product strategy, investment decisions, and operational efficiency. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and data-translating complex infrastructure dynamics into clear, actionable business insights. We are looking for an enthusiastic finance analyst with a data driven mindset, modeling capabilities, and strong inter-personal skills.
** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*
* + Partner with the business to provide financial insights, modeling, and decision support.
+ Support central rhythm of business activities (e.g. planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles) aligning with corporate and general business requirements.
+ Develop and maintain financial and operational models with a focus on product-level performance and unit economics.
+ Drive cost efficiency initiatives through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Deliver gross margin reporting, KPIs, and workload health insights to senior leadership.
+ Enhance, automate, and scale reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools across the Compute portfolio.

* + Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years finance experience; MBA a plus.
+ Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and modeling skills.
+ Ability to multitask with outstanding attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated track record of driving improvements and influencing business outcomes.

Experience with financial systems, core business processes.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a self-starter mindset.
+ Familiarity with AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage advanced prompting techniques to enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial insights.

Hiring Range in USD from: $74,100 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
