Treasury Manager

Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee global treasury operations for their growing and complex multi-office firm. This role will be responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, forecasting, investment activity, debt compliance, and treasury controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical treasury expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.

This person will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The Treasury Manager role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on execution. The position offers broad exposure across finance operations and firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, forecasting, and investment activity

Oversee domestic and international banking relationships, account structures, and related documentation

Develop short and long-term cash forecasts to support business operations and strategic planning

Monitor debt compliance and prepare required reporting, calculations, and supporting documentation

Manage excess cash and investment activity to balance liquidity needs with yield optimization

Support lines of credit, letters of credit, guarantees, and other banking-related activities

Maintain and strengthen treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls

Partner with leadership on interest income and expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Review treasury-related arrangements and transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk standards

Coordinate insurance renewals and serve as a key contact for insurance-related requests

Provide leadership, guidance and development support to other team members
