• Respond to participant inquiries via inbound calls in a professional and accurate manner.
• Manage and track participant leads, including timely outbound communications and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed account notes to support accurate processing and communication.
• Serve as a liaison between participants and financial institutions to obtain required documentation.
• Prepare and pre-fill consolidation paperwork, monitor all associated financial transactions, and interact with third parties involved in money movement process

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9a to 6p(1 position) or 11a to 8p(1 position)

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour, plus a shift differential of 5% for the 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift or 10% for the 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. shift

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience
• Financial services/ retirement plan experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage a large number of cases
• Knowledge of retirement industry products and services progressive
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Keen ability to pay close attention to detail
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are a must

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Applicants will complete a minimum 4-week training program that will be onsite. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!
