Senior Analyst, Investing Strategy: Buyout & LBO

The Senior Analyst role at The Carlyle Group involves synthesizing fund performance data into clear insights for stakeholders. • Create presentations that summarize fund performance for stakeholders
• Analyze investment-level exit valuations and synthesize data into narratives
• Design executive-level reports on fund performance and distribution timing
• Collaborate with investment teams on funding acquisitions and dispositions
• Manage quarterly valuation deliverables and supporting documentation
• Support fundraising efforts with marketing materials and due diligence responses

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
