Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate with at least four years of tax credit experience for its Washington office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, and an active bar license in the corresponding state is required.
Duties- Advise clients on tax credit matters and strategies.
- Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
- Manage New Markets Tax Credits transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
- Experience in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
- Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
CertificationsActive bar membership in good standing.
