As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist the team with assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as participate with the team in communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise and understanding business objectives.

The Multifamily Portfolio Oversight Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Assist with oversight of the Multifamily book of business.
• Review and monitor Multifamily portfolio activities and trends.
• Perform ongoing file reviews to identify and evaluate the risks to Multifamily of portfolio management activities and business decisions.
• Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in a thoughtful and persuasive manner.
• Build strong relationships across Multifamily and the Enterprise.
• Partner with Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.

• 2 years of Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate experience, preferably in Asset Management or Underwriting.
• Experience performing financial and trend analysis and reporting findings.
• Prior experience with credit risk, loan quality analysis, compliance monitoring, or risk assessment and risk management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with GSE lending.
• Skilled in business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
