- Support the Country Director overseeing CBSG operations with intragroup and third-party providers under MAS
- Implement operational policies, procedures, SLA frameworks, and risk management across key work streams
- Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking, and custody aligned with MAS regulatory requirements
- Build operational resilience frameworks including risk identification, contingency planning, and continuity protection
- Coordinate incident responses with timely communication to stakeholders, regulators, and third-party providers
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security on critical operations and risk initiatives
- Support first-line defense across launch assessments, approvals, staffing, and audit activities
- Bring ten plus years in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy experience
- Hold five plus years in a supervisory capacity within those Singapore financial services domains
- Worked at a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer supervising crypto, equities, or derivatives trades
- Served as senior management, director, or approved representative of a MAS-regulated entity
- Develop and improve operational processes that drive efficiency at scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders with proven engagement skills
- Communicate clearly and produce externally ready materials with minimal review
- Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality Bring ten plus years in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy experience
