Position
Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of contract tasks.
- Knowledge of the range of federal records management laws, regulations, directives, and best practices sufficient to ensure compliance with federal and Agency requirements.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team and Agency staff.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of life-cycle records management processes, including experience developing and/or implementing file plans, records inventories, and records disposition schedules in both electronic and paper-based environments.
- Individual will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, work plans, project-estimates, and status reports of project activities.
- Records Depository Services: responding to agency inquiries about records, how to obtain retired files, assistance with the identification of appropriate record dispositions, and more.
- Records Retirement Services: coordinating the retrieval of retirement submissions in Washington.
- Limited Document Scanning Services:
On-site scanning services to small-scale document conversion projects. - Management Support Services including data entry, coordination, and control tasks within a variety of document management and information management systems including Electronic Records Archives (ERA), the Archives and Records Centers the Info Keeper system, and any other system as identified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

- Must be US Citizen
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a federal records management environment AND 4 years of experience performing supervisory duties.
- Must have a Secret-level security clearance.
- Must be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional, with excellent customer service and written communication skills.
