Senior Records Management Specialist (TS Clearance Required)

Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is pursuing an exciting new federal contract opportunity and is seeking qualified candidates interested in joining our team should we be selected. The Senior Records Management Specialist (TS Clearance Required) will play a key role in supporting all aspects of a comprehensive Records and Information Management (RIM) program. This position requires deep subject-matter expertise, strong independent judgment, and the ability to lead complex technical assignments with minimal oversight.

Location:

Onsite in Washington, D.C.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to all areas of the Records and Information Management program as outlined in the Statement of Work.

* Apply advanced knowledge of RIM best practices, federal records requirements, and professional standards.

* Perform complex tasks including records appraisal, classification, scheduling, and lifecycle management.

* Lead assigned projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.

* Work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and government personnel.

* Provide technical guidance, process improvements, and recommendations aligned with program goals.

Required Qualifications

* Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance.

* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Records and Information Management.

* Experience with federal records appraisal, classification, and scheduling strongly preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, or a related discipline.

* Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex assignments with minimal oversight.
