• Understand, analyze and apply export controls laws and regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) requirements.
• Develop and revise export controls compliance directives, instructions, policies, procedures and guidance.
• Support the identification of activities subject to export controls.
• Conduct systematic assessments of export control compliance for selected programs, projects, technologies, technical data, and transactions.
• Provide policy and technical support to agency and/or interagency stakeholders on export control issues, questions, and meetings.

• Experience with U.S. and global export controls regimes.
• Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills.
• Strong teamwork and mission-oriented mindset.
