What you ll do as a Speech Therapist ST:

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes

Who you are as a Speech Therapist ST:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA)
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we ll train the right candidate!)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
