The Imaging Informatics Analyst II associate is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the archive/image viewer and workflow applications, including EHR and RIS workflow, image workflow, archiving, auto routing, prefetching, and other related activities. Due to technological advancements in the field of imaging informatics, this position continues to evolve in order to support new technologies and related workflows. The role requires that the Imaging Informatics Analyst II associate possess related clinical experience with a clear understanding of the "working" imaging environment.
The majority of tasks require a physical onsite presence in order to work closely with department managers, supervisors, faculty, and technologists to ensure proper operation of DICOM and non‑DICOM image data transfer into the archive, as well as network transmission, workflow validation, and exceptions handling.
- A bachelor's degree in a related healthcare discipline or information systems discipline is required.
- CIIP certification or CIIP eligible preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience working with PACS, RIS, EHR systems and DICOM/HL7 workflows; IT experience and/or relevant IT certification; or clinical imaging experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2 or more years of experience with increasing responsibility in computer programming design or analysis.
- Basic networking skills.
- Radiology systems experience preferred.
- Project management experience desired.
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional‑level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.

Minimum $39.10/hour – Maximum $68.98/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
