Johns Hopkins Radiology is searching for a Core Service Specialist to join its elite team. As a Core Service Specialist you will:

• oversee the pre-registration process
• complete insurance verification, referral/authorization, financial work‑up, etc.
• act as a patient resource for financial liability, education and physician information

• AA degree or additional 4 years of experience beyond the required experience
• Three (3) years related medical office, hospital, medical call center or similar customer service experience
• Extensive medical insurance processing/medical billing experience preferred

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Minimum $22.33/hour – Maximum $36.86/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
