The Ultrasound Tech produces satisfactory diagnostic two‑dimensional ultrasonic recordings of the heart and other internal organs for use by the Cardiologist and/or Radiologist in diagnosis of disease and study of the functions of the heart and other organs.

Unltrasound Technician, Hospital Ultrasound, Sonography, Cardiovascular Credenialing Interntional, CCI, Cardiac Sonographer

High School diploma or GED. Satisfactory completion of a Sonography program accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Registration through the ARDMS (Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) is required. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

2 years of Ultrasound experience is preferred.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
