We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at the Med Star Georgetown University Hospital.

This position offers an opportunity to practice with a superb interdisciplinary team that cares for a population of immunocompromised, transplant and IV-antibiotic patients. Our team provides antimicrobial medication to treat infections in a diverse patient population both in the in and outpatient setting. Your focus will be to ensure that patients discharged on home IV antibiotics are monitored for safety as well as for clinical improvement.

In addition, patients on the transplant service that go home on antibiotics will be seen in the inpatient setting by this provider to ensure a safe discharge from the Infectious Disease perspective. The standard schedule is Monday-Friday. You can be part of a highly motivated team of Infectious Disease specialists, RNs, and office staff who are changing the face of health care!
