About the Position
Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Washington

Washington, District of Columbia

Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating AM/PM schedule
Highlights:
Labor and Delivery unit serving pregnant patients from 17 weeks gestation through delivery
Full scope of care including admissions, triage, pre-op, vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections
Cerner EMR system with Fetalink documentation platform
Experience with scheduled procedures including C-sections, external cephalic versions, and cerclage
Patient population includes females of childbearing years with diverse obstetric needs
Comprehensive use of fetal monitoring equipment and electronic fetal monitoring protocols
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in applicable state/district
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required
Cerner EMR experience required
Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
